How do I personalize an ornament?
Choose an available material, size and design option on the product page. Enter the requested names, dates or design codes in the personalization field. For multiple people or pets, follow the order specified in the instructions.
How do I send a photo?
For designs that request a photo, use the upload field on the product page. Choose a clear, well-lit image and check that the subject is visible.
Are all ornaments made from the same material?
No. Available materials and sizes vary by design. Select the option you want and read the product details. A flat acrylic ornament has a printed design; illustrated depth does not mean it is a sculpted item.
Can I change my personalization?
Email support@duckunique.com with your order number and the requested correction as soon as possible. Ask us to confirm whether a change can still be made.
Can you help with delivery or an order issue?
Email support@duckunique.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
How long does production take?
Production takes 3–5 days. Estimated shipping transit time within the United States is an additional 7–10 days after dispatch. Delivery timing for other destinations depends on the destination and shipping service.
